For golfers

Wherever you stand in your golf journey right now is not an accident, and whatever you want to get out of your game in the future won't be either.

Why is it that some people excel at golf, while others may fall behind?

All golfers are people, and who you show up as plays a much bigger role than improving your swing.

Who do you need to become?

All golfers are people, and who you show up as plays a much bigger role than improving your swing.

You can do this work alone. But in my own life, having a coach changed what became possible for me. Having someone alongside you who understands your challenges, goals and aspirations can help you see more clearly, take action that is aligned with what matters to you, and learn how to navigate the challenges along the way.

WHY THIS WORK MATTERS TO ME

How my coaching works:

01 · Awareness.

When a technical coach points something in your swing that you couldn't see, you were able to make the change you were looking for. We cannot change what we are not aware of, the same applies to you. As your coach I can help you see your reactions and your patterns. What has been seen, cannot be unseen!

02 · Vision and values

What do you want and why is it important to you? We take action based on what motivates us, so getting clarity on what it is we want is central to success.

03 · Choose and act

When we decide what we want, we then learn what it is we have control over. What we are responsible for. Setbacks are inevitable, but we can choose how we respond to them. This is where the real growth happens.

04 · Independence

The point of coaching is that you do not depend on me. I don't teach, I guide. With growing awareness of what you want and what is important to you, you learn to take the action that best serves you and your goals.

I learned to focus on the process instead of worrying about the outcome. That has been a game changer.

Jan B

After four group sessions with my golf team, something really clicked. The biggest difference is that I now feel able to reset myself when things go wrong.

Golf and life are rich in choices. We cannot control every outcome, but we can take responsibility for the decisions we make.

If your golf matters to you and you are curious about what coaching could help you discover, get in touch and we can explore whether working together is right for you.
